Here's to what I've been waiting for
I've always wanted to blog but never got around to it. Well, I have signed up. I'm pumped. I feel ready for it. Maybe someone will read it. I don't know. With dismay I must confess that, while I had a few ideas in mind for what I wanted my first blog to be about, I am in a bit of a rush to go out to a bar with my friend for his birthday. Hence, this first entry will be little more than a flagship for more to come.
I bid a hearty welcome to whomever may read this. I regret that my opening blog is so droll and lacking in anything that one my consider worthy of an opening blog (or any blog for that matter). In my next post, I promise to elaborate more upon myself, my interests, and the topics I'd like to address in the future. To close, I will reveal one of my first loves: music. Thusly, I feel it befitting to end with a relevant quote, which, in all hopefulness, remains a trend in all future blogs. I'll feel satisfied if I can close every blog with a meaningful quote; even while I depart, I welcome you, reader, to my blog:
"Music is a moral law- it gives wings to the mind, A soul to the universe, Flight to the imagination, A charm to sadness, A life to everything."
-- Plato
